Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All items ship free to our customers from our warehouses in California, Washington, and Texas.

All orders ship within 2-7 business days.  Once shipped, you'll receive via email the appropriate tracking information to follow your order from our warehouse to your home.

Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment, or once received there appears to be damage from the shipping processed.  If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

Standard Return | Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item return it for a refund within 90 days of your purchase by contacting Support@vioty.com to receive an RMA number.  Products are to be returned in original packaging.

If an item looks damaged or parts are missing,  please email us at, Support@vioty.com, and we’ll replace the item free of charge.  All we’ll need is an order number.
